My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for a one-night stay. The staff at reception were helpful, even printed my boarding pass. However, the room was in the new block which felt a bit cheaper. The location was convenient with nearby shops and restaurants, but not as close to the airport as expected.

Our room was very clean but stuffy without windows that open, and it was assigned as a disabled persons room inappropriately. The proximity of 2 rooms to each other could be improved as they are old in design with small TV screens.

My stay at the Premier Inn was overall enjoyable. The rooms were what you would expect - spacious, modern, and clean, but we had a minor issue with a damaged USB plug. The location is superb, right next to the train and tram stations, making it convenient to access the city center. The dining experience was fantastic with plenty of choices, although there were occasional delays due to busyness. However, the adjacent Thyme restaurant was a letdown. The service was friendly and efficient, but there were a few staff members who lacked communication skills.
